Terms of Service

By using Araventura you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

1. Provider

The service is operated by Siebweb by Eduardo Arturo Sieber Artiles, Heubnerweg 9, 14059 Berlin, Germany — referred to in these terms as "we", "us", or "Araventura". Full legal disclosure: Imprint.

2. The service

Araventura helps groups plan trips and split expenses. It's a tool, not a financial institution — we don't move money, hold balances, or process settlements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account. Choose a strong password.

4. Acceptable use

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the trip data, expenses, messages, and any photos you upload. By using Araventura you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, and display that content only to the extent necessary to provide the service to you and the trip members you choose to share it with. We never sell your content or use it for advertising.

6. Free tier & future paid features

Today Araventura is free. We may introduce paid features later. We won't silently charge anyone — paid features will be opt-in.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for financial disputes between you and other trip members. Always double-check before sending money. Statutory liability — in particular for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or under the German Product Liability Act — is not limited by these terms.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Privacy & data screen. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you reside remain unaffected. The exclusive venue for disputes arising from these terms is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

Material changes will be flagged in-app or via email before they take effect.
